He plays third base for the Pittsburgh Pirates, has jaw-dropping power at the plate, and has a range at the hot corner similar to Nolan Arendo/Scott Rolen.
Below we will base our top-rated Ke’Bryan rookie cards from an ROI (return on investment) perspective. So even though one card may cost more than the next we may rank the cheaper card higher if we feel the future ROI will be greater. Ke’Bryan Hayes Rookie Card Values
The most expensive Ke’Bryan Hayes rookie card sold to date on eBay is the Ke’Bryan Hayes 2015 Bowman Chrome Superfractor Refractor Autograph 1/1 RC #BCAKHA which sold for $24,995 (please note this card only had one bid so were some suspect of the price).
The next most expensive Hayes rookie card is the 2015 Ke’Bryan Hayes Bowman Chrome Gold Refractor RC /50 at a BGS 9.5 grade. This bad boy sold for $2,575 on eBay and had 55 bids.
We feel Ke’Bryan Hayes is a good to great investment and now is the ideal time to make a purchase as he is in pre-breakout status.
Not only does he have a bat for days but he also had gold glove potential at the hot corner so he should see everyday at-bats even during cold streaks.
Having said that he could still flop and comes with a lot of risk as Hayes is unproven. But these are also the type of cards that come with the greatest ROI (see Vlad Jr.’s rookie cards before his breakout).
